Chickpea Noodle Soup

Carrot, Celery, Pasta

UTENSILS REQUIRED

Large Saucepan

S T E P   1

+ 2 Cups of water (Per Serve)

Pour jar contents and water in a large saucepan, stir and bring to the boil.

S T E P   2

+ 0.5 Carrot (sliced) (Per Serve)

+ 0.5 Celery Stalks (sliced) (Per Serve)

+ 0.5 Cups of Pasta (optional) (Per Serve)

Add fresh ingredients and pasta to the saucepan and simmer for 11 mins, stir regularly until pasta is cooked and chickpeas are tender.

S T E P   3

Remove and discard bay leaf from the saucepan and serve.
