S T E P 1
+ 0.25 Cups of Hot Water (Per Serve)
+ 1 tsp Lemon Juice (Per Serve)
Pour jar contents, water and lemon juice into a large bowl, stir and set aside for 10 mins while you prepare your salad (in step 3).
S T E P 2
+ Oil for frying
Add oil to frying pan and pan-fry spoonfuls of the mixture in the oil for 2-3 mins each side until golden brown.
S T E P 3
+ Pita Bread
+ Salad (seeing serving suggestion for our fav)
Add falafel and salad to a fresh pita.

Serve with a fresh Parsley Salad. Combine the below ingredients in a separate bowl.

+ 4 Cups Fresh Chopped Parsley
+ 1 Cup Diced Tomato
+ 0.5 Cup Diced Red Onion
+ 4 TBSP Lemon Juice
+ Pinch of Sea Salt
+ 2 TBSP Olive Oil (Optional)
