  • WHERE ARE THE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS?
    We have listed the cooking instructions on the website located under Cooking Guide. A part of our philosophy as a company is to reduce packaging that is sent into landfill. By reducing the product labels we are able to reduce our printing footprint as well. The cooking instructions can be easily accessed on any smart device without hesitation. Scan the QR codes to be taken directly to the cooking instruction page of the jar.
  • ARE ALL YOUR MEALS VEGAN / VEGETARIAN?
    We believe we can all enjoy quick, healthy food & save the environment at the same time, so yes all our meals ship vegan. We focus on the protein part of the meal using plant products keeping our health in mind. There are also plenty of plant based meat product alternatives on the market today to keep the whole family happy.
  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ENOUGH FOR A COMPLETE MEAL?
    We have deliberately listed at least one suggested fresh ingredient for each meal, that would be an additional item to the meals. This will provide maximum health benefit, whilst keeping them quick to prepare. Once fully prepared, the serving sizes are very generous & generally much larger than other so called "pre-packaged healthy meals" on the market.
  • WHY ARE THE MEALS PACKAGED TOGETHER IN A GROUP?
    Everyone gets busy through the week, and we want to help you maximise your leisure time, not cooking time. We've taken care of the planning for you, and provided enough meals for a months work of weekdays (workdays). On the weekends you may wish to change it up and spend time cooking your own creation, or order takeaway, or order further MAC & CHI meals. Given the low cost of our meals, ordering for a month quickly proves to be more cost & time effective than many other food options, including cooking from scratch.
  • WHAT ALLERGY INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE?
    All our products ship free of meat, nut, gluten & dairy products (but are not currently certified). Some ingredients may be processed on the same facilities as those producing these products) And we don't compromise on taste or quality! If you are unable to use one of the suggested cooking add-ins (eg. sesame oil), feel free to use a substitute as required.   • DO YOU SHIP INTERSTATE?
    We are currently only serving Western Australia, but we would love to hear from you if you would like us to start shipping interstate. Please contact us directly and we can discuss shipping options with you.
  • WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
    We accept online credit card, debit card and PayPal payments.
  • REFUNDS AND RETURNS
    Please contact us should you be unsatisfied with any part of your product. We strive for customer satisfaction and product quality.
