S T E P 1
+ 0.25 Cup of Boiling Water (Per Serve)
Pour jar contents and hot water in a food processor, cover and sit for 10mins (stir once during this time). Pre-heat your oven to 175C.
S T E P 2
+ 1 Mushrooms (diced) (Per Serve)
+ 0.12 Cup of Breadcrumbs (Per Serve)(Gluten Free if you prefer)
Add diced mushrooms and breadcrumbs to food processor and pulse to form a rough mixture. We don’t want to make a paste.
S T E P 3
Using a TBSP scoop out mixture onto mat. Then roll each scoop into a ball, and place onto lined baking tray and cook in the oven for 15-20 mins, turning halfway.

Serve with a simple marinara sauce over fresh pasta.
