UTENSILS REQUIRED

Fry Pan

S T E P   1

+ 1 Mushrooms (sliced) (Per Serve)

+ 40g Tomato Paste (Per Serve)

(Note to start cooking pasta)

Saute mushrooms and tomato paste in a fry pan for 2 mins, then remove from the pan.

S T E P   2

+ 0.75 Cups of Water (Per Serve)

Pour jar contents and water into fry pan, bring to the boil, then simmer for 4 mins uncovered, stirring regularly.

S T E P   3

+ 0.25 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar (Per Serve)

Remove cover, add balsamic vinegar to pan and stir in mushrooms and tomato paste and cook uncovered for 5mins or until thick and the water has evaporated and lentils are tender.

S U G G E S T I O N

Serve over fresh wide pasta or zucchini noodles, top with vegan parmesan.
