Pea Stew

Water, Coconut Milk

ADD FRESH

Potato

UTENSILS REQUIRED

Saucepan

S T E P   1

+  1.5 Cups of Water (Per Serve)

+  125g Potato (peeled and diced) (Per Serve)

Pour jar contents, diced potato and water into a saucepan, stir bring to the boil then cook covered for 10 mins.

S T E P   2

Once peas are re-hydrated and potato is soft, use an immersion blender to thicken up soup (or scoop out half the soup into a blender and then return to pot) 

S T E P   3

+ 0.12 Cups of Coconut Milk (Per Serve)

Add coconut milk to saucepan and stir through for a creamy texture.

S E R V I N G  

S U G G E S T I O N

Serve with a spoonful of coconut milk swirled on top and a crusty buttered roll.
