Water, Coconut Milk

ADD FRESH

Red Capsicum

UTENSILS REQUIRED

Fry Pan

S T E P   1

+ 0.25 Red Capsicum (sliced) (Per Serve)

Heat the fry pan to a medium heat, when warm add a dash of water to the fry pan and soften capsicum for 2 mins.

S T E P   2

+ 0.75 Cups of Water (Per Serve)

Add jar contents and water into the fry pan with the capsicum. Keep stiring and simmer for 4 mins to ensure it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.

S T E P   3

+ 0.25 Cup Coconut Milk (Per Serve)

Lower heat and stir in coconut milk. Once coconut milk has been stirred through the dahl is ready to serve.

S U G G E S T I O N

Serve with Basmati Rice or Cauliflower Rice or Fresh Naan Bread and top with Fresh Rocket.
