+ 2 Cups of Water (Per Serve)
+ 0.25 Carrot (sliced) (Per Serve) (Optional)
Pour jar contents, water and carrot into saucepan, bring to the boil, then cook on medium for 4 mins, stirring occasionally.
S T E P 2
+ 0.25 Cup Tinned Tomatoes (Per Serve)
+ 1 TBSP of Tomato Paste (Per Serve)
Add tinned tomatoes and tomato paste to saucepan, stir and simmer for another 2 mins.
S T E P 3
Check lentils and carrot are soft and remove from heat. And Serve.

Serve with fresh naan bread or top with a swirl of coconut cream or coconut yogurt.
