Mushrooms, Green Beans

UTENSILS REQUIRED

Fry Pan, Oven

S T E P   1

+ 0.5 Cup of Hot Water (Per Serve) (plus more water for boiling potatoes)

+ 1 Large Potato (peeled and diced) (Per Serve)

Pour jar contents and hot water into bowl, stir and cover for 10 mins. 

​Add diced potato to another saucepan and boil for 10 mins (or until soft for mashing).

Turn oven grill on.

S T E P   2

+ 0.5 Cup of Green Beans (or veg of your choice) (Per Serve)

+ 2 Mushrooms (sliced) (Per Serve)

Add mushrooms and green beans to fry pan and saute for 2 mins, then add re-hydrated jar contents, stir and simmer until saucy. Remove from heat and pour into baking dish.

S T E P   3

Drain potatoes and then mash them. Add the mash potato to the top of the saucy mixture in the baking dish.

Place baking dish under grill to crisp up mash potato for 10 mins.
